Students' perceptions
To make our lessons relevant to students, it is sometimes helpful to find ways of giving them opportunities to share opinions and perceptions of the world and how it is changing.
Movie Maker is one tool that can provide students with the means to address an audience to whom they can express and share their viewpoints.
Understanding the students' perceptions can often aid our planning and preparation. We all view the world slightly differently. Students may not see topics in the same manner that we do. What is important to a young person may be quite different from what is important to an older person.
