Top tip: look at the research areas of the department. You will be exposed to a much high grade of geography in the areas where the staff are researching. Whilst many areas may be covered in the degree course the research specialisms of the department will be areas where the staff are really keen.
The best experiences I had on my course was actively assisting lecturers gather information for their research which was then published.

Top tip: go to as many open days as possible. This search meant i was able to find the university and course that was perfect for me.
Top tip number 2: If you have personal questions, do not hesitate to email directly to the department or lecturer who teaches the course.

Top tip for application process: Research individual modules within each course title to have better understanding of the course content. Also widen your search criteria by considering other course titles such as, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Geography(human/physical)...etc.
